Very awesome service thank you

We had a great experience with Xavier when he came out to treat our house this morning. From start to finish, he was personable, patient, and thoroughly professional. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all our concerns were addressed before he left. Outstanding customer service! If we could request him to come back for the monthly check-in we would. Very pleased!

Xavier came and treated the inside and some of the outside as it was raining - the biggest issue now has really been the entryway porch and he sprayed it down good to help knock some of those pests away. Always a great job from the best pest management crew in the industry. Been bug free for a couple years now.

Gabriel was super chill and got what he needed to get done in a timely manner.

Today was my first pest control service, and it went great! Devyn was very kind, professional, and thorough. He asked about any concerns I had and if there were any areas or rooms that were off-limits, which I really appreciated. I also love the text communication! They let me know who my technician will be and when they’ll be arriving, which makes the whole process so convenient.

Michael did a crazy great job killing the bugs that are trying to take up residency on my property. He went above the call of duty because I was a difficult customer. I forgot to lock my dog inside the house, not once but twice, and Michael acted like it was no big deal to reschedule. He’s a crazy nice guy.

Justin Donald was FANTASTIC!!! He was able to reach the 2nd story high wasp nest & knock it down & spray the area. He checked around the rest of the outside for anymore nests of any kind & took care of them. He checked all the bait stations & replaced with fresh bait in all of them even if they hadn't been nibbled on. And I REALLY Do Appreciate That! He sprayed around the outside of the house & both porches. I don't have them spray inside the house cause of my furry 4 legged child with a tail, has health problems. He understood the concern. He was Very Polite & conscientious about his work. You don't find many people anymore that want to take pride in their work. Justin did. Thank you Justin & have a WONDERFUL day. 😊 Debbie Reddig

Had a major spider and we issue on our back porch/ outdoor kitchen.. called numbers. They came out and took care of it.. it now looks fantastic.. no more spiders or webs.. these guys are the best...as you can see not a web in sight

Gabriel was very thorough in explaining the processes & chemicals used, as well as, their effects and what we could expect for the next few weeks. I really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism as he took the time to go over it all with me. Additionally, he very clearly takes pride and ownership in the work he does. He was very meticulous with it and made sure to completely cover everything, even opening the egress window covers and getting down in there too! 10/10 would recommend this business and this technician to anyone looking for pest control services.

I didn't realize the exterior service would be so thorough!

Very pleasant to work with on the phone when working on getting the initial start day worked out. They where scheduled to arrive between 1 and 3 and at 1 sent a text saying he was on his way. When Scott arrived he had me explain what all was going on and looked everything over and explained to me thoroughly what was going to be done and then asked me if I had any questions. Scott is very pleasant and I would recommend him and the rest of the crew at BugBros as the place to go if you are having mice and spider issues.

Showed up promptly completed pest treatment timely

Scheduled bug spray outside and inside was completed with care taken by keeping us updated what he was doing. This enabled us to keep our 3 dogs in an appropriate location, moving them outside to keep them out of his way. Thank you Gabriel!

Gabriel was really nice, I wasn't there but spoke to him on the phone. My husband said he was very through. I was supposed to get a termite inspection but he was not aware of it and explained that he wasn't termite certified and they would have to reschedule for that service.

We have had trouble with ants for a long time. So far, within the first month of service with BugBros, we have been ant free!

Gabriel came out and sprayed last month and then again today for the 30 day check up. My bugs are definitely noticeably down and Gabriel listened to everything that I was concerned about and took care of it all. Top-notch company. I would highly recommend. I have a four-year-old and a six-year-old and their safety is The most important thing in the world to me. Gabriel and the Bug Bros make sure that my mind is at ease about the creepy crawlies. And their payment plan is fantastic. There’s 1 million companies out there, but this is the one you wanna call!

Have had service since about June of last year. Each technician had been very informative and helpful when it comes to treating and educating. Today I was helped by Ash Smith (Robert). He was completely professional, informative, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I was extremely grateful for the service he provided my family with today! 10 out of 10 technician!!

Scott is so incredibly friendly and professional! I get a reminder text, he always knocks to let me know he’s arrived (so I don’t get creeped out by some strange person in my yard 😬😬), and asked how the family is doing. And on top of that, I’ve had ZERO bugs in my house since hiring him - I’m a vegetarian, so if I see a bug i feel like I have to safely put it outside - not having to be compassionate to spiders has made my life infinitely better!! We called them in the spring to help with ants in the kitchen they took care of the problem and we have used them ever since. We haven't seen any ants inside since they have been here..All I have to do is call them and they fit us into the schedule..Their spray is pet safe and thats important to me !
