With this treatment we inject termiticides all around the perimeter of your home to form a barrier. It is a non-repellent product so the termites do not know it’s there. They pass through the barrier and get infected with the chemical. It’s a slow-acting chemical with a transfer effect, so it eliminates the entire colony in 60-90 days.
Holes will need to be drilled where there is concrete (porches, garage, driveway, etc) and termiticide will be injected through the holes. This provides a full perimeter so termites can’t get into or out of your home without going through the termiticide. Treatment will include spot treatment in any infested walls (if necessary). We’ll do that by drilling some small holes in the drywall and injecting Termidor Foam then we’ll patch the holes with drywall putty.
At the time of treatment you will also receive both exterior and interior general pest treatment. On the interior we will treat baseboards, underneath sinks, and other cracks and crevices for general pests (spiders, ants, beetles crickets, etc), set up insect monitor traps (glue boards), and possibly complete additional treatment depending on the pest issue at hand. On the exterior we will treat the base of the foundation, around windows, doors, patios, decks, and eaves. We sweep eaves and knock down any spider webs and wasp nests.
